MindfulnessUK are delighted to be teaching at The British Wheel Of Yoga South West Festival in Wiltshire tomorrow 1st October 2016.

This wonderful event will be held at Shaw Church of England Primary School Corsham Road,Shaw, Melksham, Wilts SN12 8EQ

The day starts off at 9.45 and is open to all. Entry costs are £10 for members and £15 for non members.

There is a bring and share lunch option.

MindfulnessUK will be teaching an Experiential Workshop teaching two of the fundamental practices of Mindfulness.
