Now all the festivities are over many of us will start to think about the year ahead and may have some resolutions or plans for the future. One of these may be to continue with the meditation you started when you attended your MBSR course.
Like most things, practice is the key to improvement and sometimes it helps to join other like-minded people to support you in staying connected to you Mindfulness skills and meditation practice.
To assist you with your mindfulness reconnection we shall be running sessions on a Tuesday evening. These sessions run in term time only from 6pm-7pm and will be in blocks of 4 sessions.
The first session will be on Tuesday 17th January and cost £20.00 (£5 per session)
