This week has been particularly tough for the men and women who work for the Environment Agency.

Storm Angus has caused a huge amount of problems all over the country but the South West has been particularly badly effected,  and the mopping up is continuing.

MindfulnessUK are delighted be going to Peterborough tomorrow to deliver Mindfulness to a group of Environment Agency employees.
