#Grounding ..A Short #Mindfulness Practise..

The #mindfulness practises that we have posted are proving to be incredibly popular so Karen has been busy recording a few more for you to enjoy.

The first in the series is all about #Grounding..feeling the strength of the ground beneath your feet and how #Grounding gives us so much stability not only to our physical being but to our mental health and wellbeing.
