We are thrilled to have launched our 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course in an On-Line learning format.
This on-line course teaches exactly the same programme as our attended version but creates more flexibility in terms of time. We realise our attended courses may conflict with work/home commitments and wanted to create a Mindfulness learning space for everyone.
This on-line course is interactive and includes everything you need. It is packed with teaching videos, interactive quizzes to check your learning, formal Mindfulness Practices, Short Mindfulness Practises and information on how to introduce Mindfulness into your daily life. Once the course is completed a certificate will be awarded.
Attended course with other people is not always right for some. You may feel a little nervous or not want others to share your personal experiences in any way.
This on-line Mindfulness course gives you the ability to learn in private, in the comfort of your own home, at your pace but still safe in the knowledge that we are always available to answer any questions you have at any time making you never feel alone.
