Summer is here, so much colour blossoming in the world! Join this retreat with Angie, Victoria and Ryan, all experienced warm and experienced teachers who trained with MindfulnessUK’s. Take the opportunity to rest deeply with mindfulness and compassion.

Resting in this way will enable you to explore the transformative benefits of practise upon practise in a safe nurturing space. Pausing and resting away from the demands of our daily lives, turning down the volume and leaning into an exploration of what brings inner peace to you.

After a warm welcome the teachers will guide you into silence, leading restorative mindfulness and compassion practices, and sharing poems and tools to support you to reflect and rest deeply.
