This is our online version of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) programme.
MSBR is an internationally recognised approach, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, which is used by Mindfulness UK. There are eight sessions in this online course, and these mirror the work that would be done in the face to face MSBR teaching groups.
