Staying Mindful…

There is nothing nicer than sitting and doing a mindfulness practise in the company of others. This group atmosphere of “like minded” people creates a feeling of togetherness and renewal in people who have maybe slipped a little in the time that they spend being “Mindful”

With these thoughts in mind we set about creating a “Staying Mindful” session for everyone who has already completed an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) or has some experience of mindfulness/ meditation.

We all, for whatever reason, get distracted and our mindfulness practices seem to take a back seat to our daily lives so these group sessions are a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and your practises and kick start you back into a routine.

Our “Staying Mindful” classes  run every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm at £5.00 per session and are held at our head office in Taunton and  run by our experienced mindfulness teachers.
