Staying Mindful Group Practice Sessions will resume on a Tuesday evening from 6-7pm in term time only.
These regular weekly Mindful practice sessions will help support you in staying connected to your Mindfulness skills and meditation practice.
These sessions are open to anyone who has completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course or has their own established Mindful Meditation practice in place. The course runs for seven weeks and the cost will be £35.00 and will be run by one of our experienced Mindfulness Teachers.
Mindfulness is a practice, and as with all practice it needs consolidating and enriching and what better way than in a group of other like minded people.
