8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme

8 week MBSR Course commencing Wednesday 3rd February 2021 11am to 1pm for eight consecutive weeks, delivered via Zoom, you will be taught as part of group by MindfulnessUK Tutor Angie Ward. There will also be a half day retreat offered to participants on Saturday 13th March 9.30am to 12.30pm.
