Join Steph for a work out with dumbbells. Requires 2 dumbbells and a mat.  If you don’t have dumbbells then use 2 tins of beans, something similar, or come along and Steph will adapt the exercise to body weight only.  Contact Steph for more information if needed.  Suitable for those that take part in regular fitness classes.
