Retreat Co-Teaching Opportunity with Karen. I am leading the Movement and Stillness Retreat on Tuesday 19th March 10-4 and would like to offer you the opportunity to co-lead it with me. If you have experience in guiding mindfulness and compassion practices and feel confident leading mindful movement as well as stillness practices and are available for the whole day plus planning meetings beforehand, please email me, karen@mindfulnessuk.com If you cannot make this one for whatever reason, please express your interest to Mandy via admin@mindfulnessuk.com so we are aware of your wish to co-lead at another time.
