Hi! Just a reminder to those of you who are already qualified teachers (IMC, MBSR etc) that we invite you to join the CMRTT course, which offers you the chance to learn how to deliver this wonderful course, and also to deepen your own practice and teaching. Our next course starts on 9th November, and we would love to see you there. Let me know if you have any questions OR if you are a CMR graduate then please do share your experience of the training!
