REMINDER: We have the meet the tutor session tonight at 7.30pm on Zoom, for those of you who are considering training to teach the MBSR course. We will be talking about the full course, for those of you who are new to teaching, and the conversion course for those who are already teachers. Come along and ask any questions you have about the courses. The next courses start in September and October, and so now's the time to step into new beginnings!
