I am delighted that you are attending the Mindful Yoga sessions and happy to share the recordings with you here, so that when you cannot make a live session you can continue to develop your practice.

Each class helps us to tune into what is here in the moment, to feel into stretches, to tone, balance and find a place of equilibrium in our body, heart and mind. I hope you enjoy these recordings!
