We currently have a shadowing opportunity on our next daytime MBSR Course which starts in January
If you are interested, and are an MBSRTT student on the teaching pathway, a FULL community member, can attend all the dates (including the retreat) then please refer to the relevant document in the resources tab, and if you think you fit the bill then email info@mindfulnessuk.com (SUBJECT: MBSR Co-teaching / Shadowing).
