Our Wednesday Sitting group is every week at 1pm, via Zoom and everyone is welcome to join. (sign up via the website)
If you are not able to make the group, then we record the practices and they are available to you via the resources tab in the Community portal - and so you don't need to miss out.
We also invite teachers to lead the practice, and so if you would like to share your teaching please do let us know!
