We currently have 1 x co-teaching and 1 x shadowing opportunity on our next daytime MBSR Course which starts in October.
If you are interested, and are an MBSRTT student on the teaching pathway, a FULL community member, can attend all the dates (including the retreat) and for co-teaching have already shadowed a course, then please refer to the relevant document in our resources, and if you think you fit the bill then email info@mindfulnessuk.com (SUBJECT: MBSR Co-teaching / Shadowing).
